Daycare Transportation Forms Due

Daycare transportation application forms are now available at daycare centers throughout town, according to the Jefferson Township Board of Education.

In order to have transportation to or from daycare during the 2011-2012 school year, the forms must be completed and returned by June 24.

All applications received after June 24 will be accommodated based on seat availability. Daycare transportation forms must be filled out every year.
