Dine Out for The Lake, Sparta Zoning Board Meets, Chair Yoga Begins

The Lake Hopatcong Foundation and the Village Saloon host a fundraiser to support the foundation's mission to improve The Lake for all who use it. Enjoy dinner at the Saloon between 5 and 10 p.m. and 15 percent of your bill will go to LHF. The Village Saloon is at 712 Woodport Road (Route 181) in Sparta. The Sparta Zoning Board meets Wednesday to discuss building and development matters. The gathering starts at 7:30 p.m. at Sparta Town Hall, 65 Main St.

The Jefferson Township Recreation Department launches its Chair Yoga Program for Adults Wednesday 6 to 7 p.m. in the Camp Jefferson Community Lodge at 81 Weldon Road in Lake Hopatcong.  Chair Yoga will run for nine  sessions on Wednesday ending Dec. 11.
