Oak Ridge, NJ – 3/2013 – GaLa Events LLC announced today that they are open for business! They specialize in fundraising and charity events for Non-Profits. Georgia and Heather have planned and executed many different types of fundraising events. They are knowledgeable about all areas of planning, from theme conception to decorating, games of chance & organizing. Georgia has a Bachelor of Sciences (BS) in Production & Operational Management. While she has been a stay at home mom for 14 years, she has also volunteered in social clubs & the PTA where she has held various offices including co-president, treasurer & recording secretary. She has organized game nights, swaps and market events. Heather was a Travel agent for many years and specialized in group and corporate travel. She served as a Deaconess at her church where she planned and organized their VBS program and planned and organized several Women’s Retreats. She served on the Executive Board for the Milton Tri-School PTA from 2009 to 2012 as the VP/Fundraising where she oversaw all the fundraising activities for those years in office. Together they just co-chaired the Milton Tri-School PTA Mad Hatter Tricky Tray, which is the schools largest fundraiser. It was a huge success raising over $31,000.
