Safety Town Registration
 
The Junior Woman's Club of Jefferson is accepting registrations for Safety Town, a fun two-day safety education program for the children entering kindergarten.  The children will learn about many aspects of safety through fun and entertaining presentations, games and projects.  The program will include fire, traffic, bicycle, electrical, animal, water, poison, environmental and telephone safety.  It will be staffed by our club members with special assistance from other community volunteers, such as police, fire and first aid.  The event will take place at Milton School in Oak Ridge, Tuesday June 28th and Wednesday, June 29th from 9:30 am - 12:30 pm.  The fee for Safety Town is $30 and includes a T-shirt, snack and printed materials for your child.  The enrollment is limited to 65 children, so please don't delay in registering.  If you would like to register your child please call Michele Leppard at (201) 463-5543 or Suzanne Walters at (973) 208-8498.
