Fireworks to light up the skies of Jefferson!

         In conjunction with
the 27th annual Jefferson Township Day celebration, a huge aeria fireworks display will be presented by Interstate Fireworks Company on the fields at the Jefferson Township High School, 1010 Weldon Road, Oak Ridge, NJ on Saturday, July 13. If you’ve never seen these fireworks in past years, the Jefferson Arts Committee can guarantee that you are in for a real treat.  If you’ve seen them before, you know that this is one of the very best shows in the entire area if not in the state!

The fireworks will begin at 9:30 pm following an exciting two-hour concert featuring the band Carnaby St. at 7:30pm.  Featuring music from the British Invasion along with various American artists, Carnaby St. breathes new life into the songs that are fondly remembered as the cornerstones for popular music’s favorite era.  The band is living proof that the music from the 1960’s is timeless and continues to appeal to people of all ages.

Free admission until 5:30 pm to the other activities on the fields of the high school, then only $2 per adult and $1 per child at all gates.  Free parking all day and evening and handicap parking with decal.  No alcohol, no drugs, no fireworks, no bicycles, no dogs/pets, and no large coolers allowed.
