Saturday's rainy and cool weather couldn't stop the fun when the DECA and FBLA classes at Jefferson High School hosted a carnival in the school. Carnival games, pony rides and food were the orders of the day. Proceeds from the event went to the Department for Persons With Disabilities in Oak Ridge.
