Tequila Rose Concert Highlights Week Ahead

Concert on Friday at the gazebo.

This Friday Jefferson Arts Committee’s Gazebo Committee is sponsoring a Tequila Rose performance as part of the 2013 free summer concert series.

The Aug. 2 show will be held in the Victorian gazebo located in the Jefferson Township Municipal Complex, 1033 Weldon Road, Lake Hopatcong and begins at 7 p.m.

Tequila Rose is a “New Country” band over that mixes today’s country music with classic country hits of the past and sprinkling in a little rock and roll as well as southern rock.

Known for their three-part harmonies, they have kept crowds singing and dancing at many of the area’s top clubs including The Whiskey Café,  Big John’s Pub, The Landslide Saloon, and many others.  Log on to www.tequilaroseband.com for a preview.

Attendees are asked to bring a blanket or chair for their comfort; and non-alcoholic beverages, picnic dinners, and snacks are permitted on the grounds unless the concert is moved indoors due to weather conditions. In the event of the threat of inclement weather or such weather, the concert will be moved indoors to the Jefferson Township High School auditorium, 1010 Weldon Road.
