Grab your baby's blanket and come in to meet other new moms while your baby gets in some tummy time. On the tummy, your baby lifts its head, which strengthens its neck and upper back muscles. Spending time on their stomach also helps your baby's head become round instead of developing flat spots on the back of their head. Tummy time also gives your little one a different view of the world. Strong muscles let your baby roll over, sit, and crawl.

Ages: 0-4 months

Cost: $9.00 a class (special price for our patch readers) Please let us know you are a patch reader when you come in.
