2 Charged In Jersey City Heights In Connection With Methamphetamine Find
The Hudson County Prosecutor said 2 people were arrested at a Jersey City Heights home after 450 grams of methamphetamine were found.
HUDSON COUNTY, NJ — Two people were arrested at a Jersey City Heights home on Thursday in connection with a drug investigation that uncovered more than 450 grams of methamphetamine, said the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office.
Lynnette Lipinski, 39, of Jersey City, and Husam Fooda, 36, of East Elmhurst, N.Y., were charged with one count of conspiracy to distribute a controlled dangerous substance (methamphetamine), said Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez.
Suarez's office said the pair were arrested after a joint investigation by the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Task Force and the United States Postal Inspection Service.

"During the course of the investigation, over 450 grams of methamphetamine were recovered, with a street value of approximately $6,000," the Prosecutor's Office said.
They were arrested at a home on Sherman Avenue in Jersey City Heights, up the hill from Hoboken.

They were taken to the Hudson County Correctional Facility pending their first court appearances, prosecutors said.
Prosecutor Suarez credited the Narcotics Task Force and the United States Postal Inspection Service with the investigation and arrests.
