Another Large Lottery Win In Hudson County: Jersey Cash 5 Ticket Worth $74K

HUDSON COUNTY, NJ — A Hudson County store sold a winning, $74,000 Jersey Cash 5 ticket for the Friday, Oct. 20 drawing, the second time in a week that a large lottery win was reported in the same city, officials say.

According to the NJ Lottery, the retailer that sold the winning ticket for the Oct. 20 drawing is Prime on Garden at 98 Garden Street in Hoboken.

The winning numbers were: 12, 18, 31, 36 and 42 and the XTRA number was: 02.

There were 253,651 tickets purchased for the drawing. The retailer will receive a bonus check for $2,000 for selling the winning ticket, officials said.

Friday’s win was the second large lotto victory in a week reported in Hoboken. Prime Stop at 1029 Willow Avenue sold a winning Jersey Cash 5 lottery ticket for the Monday, Oct. 16 drawing that split a $152,432 jackpot.
