“The prosecutor’s office will fully investigate the allegations against these officers and prosecute in accordance with the law to ensure that justice is served,” said Prosecutor Esther Suarez. “Officers who abuse their power and break the law must be held accountable for their actions.”
Marina Elsamina, an employee at the Communipaw Avenue pizza shop, told The Jersey Journal that workers received an online complaint on Tuesday evening from one of the police officers because of a delivery issue.

The officers later arrived at the store and shoved Mena Kirolos, the store's manager, against a wall before the altercation went outside the building, according to the report. She added that the cops threatened to lock up the manager. The manager called 911 and the cops left.
Videos obtained by News4 New York (see below) show the two Jersey City police officers storming the pizza chain’s location on Communipaw Avenue and pushing the branch’s manager up against a wall.
Kirolos told News4 the altercation followed an order where a driver got to the delivery location but didn’t get an answer. A while later, according to the station, Kirolos said he got a call from the officers who were upset that the pizza hadn’t been delivered. “He said he was coming to my store, so I waited 10, 15 minutes, no one showed up,” he said.
Here are the videos, which are broken into two parts – at 1:20, the beginning of the confrontation can be seen on a surveillance camera:
