New Jersey – June 14
At a time when mental health has become both a public health and social justice priority across the United States, The New Jersey Treatment Provider is pleased to announce the signing of an institutional collaboration agreement with the New Jersey Association of Mental Health and Addiction Agencies, Inc. (NJAMHAA)—a leading statewide entity dedicated to advancing policies, services, and partnerships that promote the psychosocial well-being of New Jersey’s most vulnerable communities.
This in-kind agreement enables reciprocal access to membership benefits, institutional resources, spaces for policy dialogue, and programmatic collaboration without financial obligation. Although neither party holds voting rights or board positions in the other organization, active participation in events, networks, and advocacy platforms represents a strategic step toward greater integration of the state’s behavioral health system.

In turn, NJAMHAA will benefit from the inclusion of a provider deeply committed to social reintegration, restorative justice, and direct services to historically underserved populations.
Statement from Daniel Regan, Chief Executive Officer
“This agreement is not merely symbolic; it represents a strategic alignment of missions, resources, and ethical commitments. In a state where behavioral health continues to be marginalized in resource allocation, and where thousands of citizens face barriers to accessing dignified care, our collaboration with NJAMHAA establishes a new architecture of collective action. This is a step toward a more just, more humane, and more effective ecosystem. We are honored to join an association that for decades has led with integrity, evidence, and compassion.”
