Most pointed his handgun — a black 40 Caliber Glock 23 — at the man and told him to freeze, Dalziel said. The man ignored Most and left the property. Most followed him off his property and followed him onto W. Lacey Road, authorities said.
A witness drove past Most and saw him screaming at the Little Egg Harbor man, Dalziel said.
Authorities found Most and the man at a West Lacey Road address that is about half a mile from Most's home address, according to police records. Authorities found Most and ordered him to keep his hands up as they took his gun, Dalziel said.
Following the investigation, Most was charged and the firearm was seized.
Lacey's weekly police report June 13 said Most was charged with terroristic threats and not aggravated assault. However, the blotter appears to have been updated to say Most was charged with aggravated assault. The mention of terrorist threats was removed. Lacey police did not return comment on the discrepancy.
