LACEY, NJ — A new townhouse building is set to be built on Maxim Drive following a Zoning Board approval.
Developers were granted a use variance to construct an eight-unit townhouse building with two mixed-use office and apartment units, according to public notice.
They had sought a use variance for mixed use and multifamily and bulk variance for front setback, side setback, total side setback, lot coverage and impervious coverage, according to previous public notice.

The property is planned for vacant land off Maxim Avenue, near Hackensack Meridian Health, that is zoned for residential and office-commercial uses.
Plans for the project can be seen at the Zoning Board's office in the township municipal building, 818 Lacey Road.
