Townhouses, Offices Seek Zoning Board Approval In Lacey
The 8-unit townhouse building and second building with two offices and two apartments needs a use variance and a bulk variance.

LACEY, NJ — Developers are seeking approval of two new buildings on Maxim Road.
A public hearing on the matter is set for a special Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting on Dec. 4 at 6:30 p.m. in the Municipal Building, 818 Lacey Road.
One building will consist of eight townhouse units, and the other will have two commercial offices on the first floor and two apartment units on the second floor.

Developers are seeking a use variance for mixed use and multifamily and bulk variance for front setback, side setback, total side setback, lot coverage and impervious coverage, according to public notice.
The property is planned for vacant land on Maxim Drive that is zoned for residential and office-commercial uses.
