The man was on the Massachusetts most-wanted list and had been on the run since November 2015, authorities said.

LAKEWOOD, NJ — A child pornography suspect on the Massachusetts State Police Most Wanted fugitives list was arrested Thursday afternoon in the parking lot of a Lakewood apartment complex, Massachusetts state police said.
Stephen C. Cote, 47, was arrested in a parking lot of the Westgate apartment complex off New Egypt Road in Lakewood, on the Lakewood-Jackson border.
Massachusetts State Police and U.S. Marshals recently discovered Cote could be in the Lakewood area and identified a car he may be driving, police said.

They forwarded it to the New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force, which set up surveillance outside the Westgate apartment complex and saw Cote drive in. They arrested him on an outstanding warrant as he got out of his car.
Cote is accused of receiving child pornography and an arrest warrant had been issued in November 2015, but he fled. He had been added to the most wanted list June 25.
