Kick off Summer with a Family-Friendly Day of Exercise, Education and Entertainment
Join the Lawrence Healthcare Campus for Samba Fitness and Wellness Day on Wednesday, June 24, from 1 to 5 p.m. Free and open to the public, the annual family-friendly event will be held at the assisted living and skilled nursing campus, located at 1 Bishops Drive in Lawrence Twp.
Festivities include interactive activities for all ages, educational opportunities, live entertainment, and booths featuring area businesses, gyms and vendors, as well as refreshments and healthy smoothies, too. Don’t miss one of the 30-minute Samba Fitness sessions, which will be held at various times throughout the event. A dance-inspired program, Samba Fitness promotes exercise and movement for older adults – and it’s fun!
The Lawrence campus includes assisted living at The Terraces at Lawrence, and skilled nursing care at The Meadows at Lawrence, Lawrence Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center and Lawrence Rehabilitation Hospital.
