Lawrence Township Election 2022 Results: Board Of Education
See who's leading the BOE race, according to the unofficial results from Mercer County.

LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ — As of 12:30 a.m., Wednesday, three candidates were leading in the Lawrence Board of Education race.
Michelle King, Patricia “Pepper” Evans and Amanda Santos held a lead over other candidates, according to unofficial results from the Mercer County Clerk's office.

Results will remain unofficial pending certification.
Seven candidates are looking to fill three open seats on the Lawrence Board of Education.

Here's the vote tally as of 12:30 a.m.:
- Michelle King: 1,936
- Patricia "Pepper" Evans: 1,880
- Amanda Santos: 1,907
- Carlos Raziel Rodriguez: 701
- Thomas J. Figueira: 647
- Amy Gregory: 629
- Nathanael Gregory: 419
The issue with poll machine scanners in Mercer County could likely cause delays in vote tally for many local races, the County clerk said. More: Vote Tally May Be Delayed In Mercer County: Officials
"All votes will be counted tonight by the Mercer County Board of Elections by their scanners. Results may be delayed," Mercer County Clerk Paula Sollami-Covello told Patch.
