The Meadows at Lawrence Honors 22 Staff Members with 10+ Years of Service

Skilled Nursing Community Part of Lawrence Healthcare Campus

The Meadows at Lawrence honored 22 long-time staff members – those with 10 or more years of tenure – at its Service Award Celebration. The Meadows, a cottage-style, long-term care skilled nursing community, is part of the 40-acre Lawrence healthcare campus in Lawrence Twp. 

“What a celebration! The smiles speak volumes,” said Jennifer Lucas, regional director of care transition at Marquis Health Consulting Services, which supports Lawrence. “The long-time commitment of these 22 team members is a testament to The Meadows’ environment of respect and stability; staff feel both appreciated and valued. It’s a community where quality of life, for staff and residents alike, is of the utmost importance, and it shows.”

The Meadows at Lawrence was recognized among America’s Best Nursing Homes 2026 by Newsweek. The list, created in partnership with global data intelligence firm Statista, recognizes the top 1,200 nursing homes across the nation. Facilities were evaluated on four pillars including performance data, peer recommendations, accreditations and resident satisfaction.
