Feds accuse ex-Bank of America investment banker and friend of insider trading (charlotteobserver.com) — A Livingston resident, former Bank of America investment banker Jason Satsky, is facing SEC civil fraud charges alleging he leaked confidential deal information that enabled a friend to make millions in stock trades. Satsky's attorney strongly denies any wrongdoing, saying there is no evidence he shared illegal information, while regulators seek penalties, profit clawbacks, and officer-and-director bans.
3.
