Easy Spirit Closing at Livingston Mall

For close to 20 years, women looking to pamper their feet could turn to a pioneer in comfort: Easy Spirit at the Livingston Mall.

But in less than two weeks, women will have to walk on by an empty Easy Spirit store. Easy Spirit will close shop at Livingston Mall on or around May 8, according to notices posted at the store.

Easy Spirit is not going out of businesses. Stores at its other New Jersey locations will remain open, according to information provided at the Livingston location.

The retailer features a line of casual, work and fitness shoes – and a memorable advertising campaign, "looks like a pump, feels like a sneaker.”

You can take home a piece of the casual comfort:  All the fixtures at the Livingston store are for sale, with chairs going for $149 each and nesting tables at $221.
