LIVINGSTON, NJ — The Livingston Circle has a new tenant, and developers of the complex are swimming with the news.

Goldfish Swim School, a year-round children’s swimming lesson provider, has leased 8,100 square feet at The Fresh Market Shoppes, according to Feb. 8 news release from Livingston-based Eastman Companies, which manages and developed the 93,000-square-foot shopping center at 277 Eisenhower Parkway.

“We are confident that Goldfish Swim School will be a tremendous asset to both the center and the local community,” Eastman managing partner Peter Schofel said.

According to a company news release, Goldfish Swim School provides year-round swim lessons for children aged four months to 12-years-old, as well as family swim time, private use of the facility for birthday parties and the opportunity for youngsters to join a recreational swim team. The Livingston facility will have a 78-foot pool, and a windowed viewing gallery where parents can watch their children swim.

“Every square inch of these unique facilities is designed to enhance learning, fun and safety,” stated Jeff Posner, who co-owns the Livingston franchise along with his wife, Larisa.
