Livingston Will Release 2025 Water Quality Report (What To Know)
Livingston residents will be getting an important envelope in the mail. Here's what it contains.
LIVINGSTON, NJ — Livingston will release its annual water quality report on July 1.
The town's 2025 report will be available online here. Hard copies of the report will be available upon request from the Livingston Water Department beginning on July 1. The Water Department is located on the second floor of Livingston Town Hall, 357 South Livingston Avenue. Residents can email water@livingstonn.org or call 973-535-7951 to request a hard copy.
Utility engineer Nathan Kiracofe said Livingston residents should look for an envelope from the town marked: “Important Information About Your Drinking Water.”

“That envelope contains information on accessing the 2025 Water Quality Report, updates on our handling of and progress relating to the ongoing PFAS levels in local wells, and information about our Lead Service Line Inventory Survey,” Kiracofe said.
The envelope also contains information about the township’s new eBill notifications and My360 customer web portal. Residents can sign up for eBill notifications at livingstonnj.org/eBill to be emailed when their utility bill is available to view. Residents can also sign up for the My360 customer web portal for tracking water usage at livingstonnj.org/My360.

According to the town’s 2024 report, Livingston’s public community water system consists of 14 wells and two purchased surface water sources: NJ American Water, and the East Orange Water Commission.
