Man Allegedly Threw Coffee In Livingston 'Road Rage' Incident: Police
Livingston police arrested a man after he allegedly threw a coffee tumbler that damaged a vehicle, they said.
LIVINGSTON, NJ — A Livingston man was arrested last Thursday after an alleged "road rage" incident in which he caused damage to a vehicle using a coffee tumbler, police said.
The Livingston police said Tuesday that Robert Lost, 45, from Livingston was charged with criminal mischief and released on a summons.
They said that on Jan. 4, at 3:30 p.m., "Livingston officers responded to the area of Iroquois Drive on a report of a road rage incident. Upon arrival officers met with the caller/victim who stated he was involved in a road rage incident with another vehicle on South Orange Avenue and the operator of the other vehicle threw a coffee tumbler at his vehicle causing damage."
