Mercedes With Key Fob Inside Is Stolen From Livingston Home: Police

The Livingston police responded after a car was stolen in the wee hours this past weekend.

LIVINGSTON, NJ — A man reported to the Livingston police early on Sunday morning that his car had been stolen from the driveway.

Police said that this past Sunday, May 21, around 3:39 a.m., Livingston officers responded to a Rockhill Drive residence.

Upon officers' arrival, they met with the victim, who said his Mercedes Benz had been stolen from the driveway during the overnight hours.

The vehicle had been left unlocked with the key fob inside, police said.

The Livingston Detective Bureau is investigating.
