- West Windsor-Plainsboro High School South (No. 84)

The 2022 rankings factored in academic and student life data from thousands of schools across the country. The most important factor was academics, but Niche also looked at culture and diversity, teachers, clubs and activities, sports, and more. You can read more about Niche's methodology here.

Livingston came in at number 22 out of 425 high schools in New Jersey, and scored an A+ overall.
The school also got an A+ for academics, teachers, college prep, and health and safety.
It came in as the second best high school in Essex County, behind Millburn.
The school also came in at number 22 in the state for college prep and number 27 for best teachers in the state.
