Pizza Tasting In Livingston Will Support Children In Ukraine

Attendees can taste wood-fired pies from pizzerias in Livingston, Millburn, Nutley, and Burlington County and help children in Ukraine.

LIVINGSTON, NJ — Even though you probably don't need a reason to chow down on pizza from New Jersey's favorite restaurants, you can sample slices for a good cause on Friday when Calabria Pizzeria in Livingston hosts a charity tasting event for children in Ukraine.

While the event as initially to feature only Calabria's trademark wood-fired Napoletano Pizza, the list of pizzerias participating has grown since the event was planned.

Guy Madsen of the 57,000-member-strong New Jersey Pizza Joints Facebook group posted this week looking for others to participate, and they did.
