Ukranian Teen In Livingston Is Seeking Donations Of Supplies To Send To Ukraine
Got socks? Extra mittens? A Livingston teenager is collecting supplies for residents of Ukraine all month.

LIVINGSTON, NJ —Marina Chernin, a Ukranian-American high school junior who lives in Livingston, is organizing a drive to collect essential supplies for citizens of Ukraine.
The Russian invasion of Ukraine is now in its second month, and casualties are mounting, including children.
Through May 1, Chernin, who attends Newark Academy in Livingston, will accept both medical and humanitarian supplies, including winter clothing and blankets. They may be dropped off at 12 Coventry Road in Livingston.

"Individual prescriptions can not be accepted," she said, "but all other supplies are direly needed and will be greatly appreciated. Many of us have extra versions of these items lying around, and this is a great way to put them to good use!"
Items can be dropped off from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. There's a box, but if it's full, items may be placed on the bench next to it.
