LIVINGSTON, NJ — When virtual reality experts at Rowan University partner with the frighteners at Bane Haunted House in Livingston, you get something truly and uniquely terrifying. That’s what the staff at Bane are promising local scare-seekers this Halloween, as they present the debut of New Jersey’s first “virtual reality haunted house.”
The interactive experience traps visitors in a horror house with a psychotic killer who is “hell-bent on making sure no one gets out alive,” according to Bane Haunted House.
Those who strap on the virtual reality helmet must search their way through this virtual horror house, maneuvering through obstacles while trying to find the keys to make it out alive… all within a nail-biting, 10-minute time limit.
