NORTH JERSEY — Two hurricanes are making their way up the East Coast, but are currently not expected to make landfall in New Jersey.
Still, their positions in the Atlantic Ocean may affect the tides and weather conditions off Northeast New Jersey, days before the second anniversary of Tropical Depression Ida (a downgraded storm), which resulted in 30 fatalities statewide in 2021.
