• Vehicle fire contained before spreading to Morris County home (wrnjradio.com) — Firefighters in Long Hill Township quickly stopped a late-night vehicle fire on Elm Street from spreading to a nearby home, avoiding injuries or property damage beyond the car. Stirling and Millington crews, along with Long Hill First Aid and police, had the blaze under control within 20 minutes after the 10:46 p.m. dispatch.
