Tickets to the "Sustainable Fish, Fowl, Oysters & Veggies" cooking demonstration are $65.00 per person and include the demonstration, a six-course dinner, wine and cocktails.

 $10.00 from each ticket will be donated to the
 Northeast Chapter of the American Littoral Society
