LADACIN Network holds 36th Annual Rosebud Gala at Sheraton in Eatontown

Local non-profit that assists people with disabilities raises money for agency with a dinner dance, honors local groups for their giving.

LADACIN Network Holds 36th Annual Rosebud Gala Dinner Dance

Wanamassa: LADACIN Network held its 36th Annual Rosebud Gala Dinner Dance on Saturday, March 25, 2017, at the Sheraton Eatontown Hotel. Over 250 guests attended this event, which raised over $165,000.

This year Wells Fargo was honored as the Rosebud Gala Corporate Honoree. Jersey Mike’s of Lakewood and Mike and Maryanne Cohen were recognized as Humanitarian Honorees. Point Pleasant Borough High School received the Young Leaders Award.

Co-chairing the event were LADACIN Network Board Members, Kelly Siegfried, Red Bank, and Victor Sbailo, Barnegat. Carl Craft, host of 95.9 WRAT’s “Morning RAT Race”, served as Master of Ceremonies. Music was provided by Jack Goodman Orchestra.

Leading the event’s underwriting efforts were LADACIN Network’s Annual Corporate Sponsors. CWR Electronics, Inc. is a Premier Benefactor and Turning Point Restaurants is an Elite Benefactor. Benefactors are Beasley Media Group – 95.9 WRAT & 100.1 WJRZ and New Jersey Natural Gas. Diamond Guardian Sponsors include T. F. Each year, florists from Monmouth and Ocean Counties are invited to showcase their talents by participating in the floral centerpiece contest. Gala attendees chose the winners, with 1st place going to Monmouth County Career Center Horticultural Program, Freehold. Second place went to In the Garden, Highlands. There was a three-way tie for 3rd place: Alan’s & Mininsohn’s Fabulous Florals, Lakewood, Flowers by Melinda Too, Pt. Pleasant Beach and Purple Iris Flower & Gift Shop, Pt. Pleasant.

LADACIN Network is a non-profit agency whose mission is to provide a continuum of care, including educational, therapeutic, social, residential and support services to infants, children and adults with complex physical and developmental disabilities or delays. This includes child care and pre-school, early intervention, school programs, adult day programs, vocational training, supported employment, residential options, and respite programs. Today LADACIN serves over 3,500 individuals and families in 14 locations throughout Monmouth and Ocean Counties.
