The initiative has since expanded across all 12 system hospitals, adding All Recovery meetings and naloxone distribution, and has now supported 150,000 patient referrals for substance use recovery services.

The investigation stretched between Wall and Long Branch, with officers ultimately impounding the truck and filing multiple criminal and dumping-related charges, while emphasizing that the defendant is presumed innocent.
