Seabrook Residents Had a Merry Time Competing in 12 Days of Fitness Challenge
Festive event is a great way to motivate residents to work out and get in shape before ringing in the New Year

More than 40 Seabrook residents had a merry time in December competing in the “12 Days of Fitness Challenge” at the active continuing care retirement community in Tinton Falls, New Jersey. During December 5 to 12, residents earned a snowflake each time they took an exercise class on campus or worked out in the fitness center. Residents who collected the most snowflakes won prizes including group fitness classes, movie tickets, gift cards, and tickets to Seabrook’s auditorium shows.
“Staying fit during the busy holiday season can be challenging,” said Fitness Manager Lauren Welch. “This festive event is a great way to motivate residents to work out and get in shape before ringing in the New Year.”
