Sen. Beck Proposes Reduction in Penalties for Drunk Drivers

State Senator Jennifer Beck is among several law makers in the state proposing the reduction of mandatory license suspensions for those convicted of drunk driving.  Can anyone explain what she was thinking when she considered this proposal?  It's bad enough Ms. Beck sponsored Kyleigh's Law which placed a red sticker on the rear license plates of our youthful drivers, in essence placing a bulls-eye on children, making them susceptible to the nefarious deeds of sexual predators and other abusers of youth--now this???  Please call the senator and tell her to shelve this idea immediately!

What was she thinking???
