Woman Missing, Man Arrested After Monmouth County Fire: MCPO
The man who lived there was found with shotguns in the woman's vehicle, authorities said.

OCEAN TOWNSHIP, NJ — An Ocean Township house-fire investigation led to the arrest of one resident while the other remains missing, the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office announced Tuesday. Authorities asked the public for help in locating Jacquelin Terrulli.
The 6,000 square-foot home of Terrulli and Ronald Teschner — 86 Wickapecko Drive — became fully engulfed in flames Thursday morning. Both were unaccounted for once the fire was extinguished, the MCPO said.
Authorities found Teschner, 49, on Friday in Paterson. He was inside Terrulli's 2019 Jeep Cherokee, the MCPO said. Authorities said they also found shotguns in the vehicle.

Teschner was charged with two counts of unlawful weapons possession, two counts of certain persons not to possess a weapon, and three counts of receiving stolen property, the MCPO said. The vehicle was seized. Authorities took Teschner to the Monmouth County Correctional Facility.
He lived in the now-burned-down Ocean Township home and assaulted a police officer in Paterson on the day of his arrest, authorities said. Teschner also possessed heroin that day, officials said. Read more: Ocean Twp. Fire: Man Assaulted A Cop On Day Of Arrest: MCPO
