• Fatal Hamilton crash is third stolen vehicle A.C. man is charged with (downbeach.com) — A fatal Route 50 crash that killed two Egg Harbor Township residents began with an allegedly stolen vehicle originating in Longport, involving four Atlantic County teens. The only adult suspect, from Atlantic City, already faced earlier stolen-vehicle charges and is now accused in this latest case, which remains under investigation and could bring additional counts. Longport residents may see scrutiny of police pursuit decisions and youth car theft trends.
