A winter storm expected to bring snow, sleet, and rain to the area has forced the local school districts to close Monday.Districts made their decision just after 7 a.m. Monday before any precipitation hit the ground. Washington Township and West Morris Regional both called for two-hour delayed openings Sunday night ahead of the storm, which was initially expected to impact the area overnight.Classes are expected to resume on a normal bell schedule Tuesday.
