Boy Scout Troop 236 is honored with Journey to Excellence Award

On Monday, October 15, Long Valley Troop 236 held its fall court of honor. During this event Gordon Andrews from Patriots’ Path Council presented the Troop with the 2016 Journey to Excellence Gold Status Award. The Journey to Excellence award is presented to Boy Scout Troops that have meet a stringent criteria demonstrating that the Troop runs a quality program. This is Troop 236’s nineteenth consecutive year for winning this award.
