Discover joy through movement as you learn 19 gentle, fluid movements and one pose in this non-martial art form of moving meditation. Designed to circulate and balance the body’s intrinsic energy, T’ai Chi Chih can be practiced by individuals of nearly any age, fitness level, or physical condition. Movements may be performed standing or seated.
Participants commonly report benefits such as improved blood pressure regulation, reduced stress, enhanced balance and coordination, increased mental clarity and energy, better sleep quality, greater creativity, and strengthened immune response. Bio -- Janet is an Accredited T’ai Chi Chih and Seijaku (Advanced T’ai Chi Chih) Instructor who has been teaching these forms for over 25 years.
