My Dog's Got Class

In Basic class, we will cover behaviors such as sit, down, wait, stay, recall, loose leash walking, leave it, drop it, and more! We will also start to add some distance, distraction, and duration to some of these behaviors and help incorporate them into everyday situations such as “wait there while I answer the door” or “sit on the scale so the vet tech can record your weight”. Our trainers are here to help you every step of the way!This 6-week, 1-hour class is open to any dog 5 months or older. Payment is required upon registration to hold your spot.

Members of the Orthodox Church of Saint Gregory Palamas will be serving their fabulous homemade potato-and-cheese pierogies with sour cream and fried onions from 11:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. at Orthodox Church of Saint Gregory Palamas, located at 5 Church Street in Glen Gardner. Pierogies will be available for purchase on-site, or you may preorder by the dozen by calling 973-584-8476.

Guided by the principles and laws of nature, Ethos Farm to Health and Dr. Janet Oussaty invite you to experience the restorative practice of T’ai Chi Chih.
Discover joy through movement as you learn 19 gentle, fluid movements and one pose in this non-martial art form of moving meditation. Designed to circulate and balance the body’s intrinsic energy, T’ai Chi Chih can be practiced by individuals of nearly any age, fitness level, or physical condition. Movements may be performed standing or seated.
Participants commonly report benefits such as improved blood pressure regulation, reduced stress, enhanced balance and coordination, increased mental clarity and energy, better sleep quality, greater creativity, and strengthened immune response. Many also describe an overall sense of well-being and peak performance in daily life.
Join us in cultivating strength, balance, and vitality, naturally.
Bio -- Janet is an Accredited T’ai Chi Chih and Seijaku (Advanced T’ai Chi Chih) Instructor who has been teaching these forms for over 25 years.
Experience joy thru movement as we practice 19 gentle, fluid movements and 1 pose in the non-martial art of T’ai Chi Chih, a moving meditation. These movements can be performed by individuals of most any age and ability or condition. Some reported benefits include regulated blood pressure, weight and stress reduction, increased balance, mental alertness, energy, sleep, creativity and peak performance as well as enhanced immune system response. The movements can be performed while standing or sitting.
