Deadline For Long Valley Pet Registration Coming Up

LONG VALLEY, NJ— The deadline for renewing your pet license is fast approaching in Washington Township.

All dogs and cats older than six months must be registered with the township every year by January 31. Proof of spaying or neutering and a rabies vaccine is required.

The licensing costs depends on the type of pet, and if its' been neutered:

• Neutered Dog $10.00 per animal
• Non-neutered Dog $13.00 per animal
• Neutered Cat $8.50 per animal
• Non-neutered Cat $11.50 per animal
