Dr. Michael Hyjek of Valley Chiropractic & Wellness Center in LongValley will give a hands on  
presentation entitled 5 Best Exercises for Back Injury & Preventionon Tuesday September 20 , 2011 at 7:30pm at the Washington Township Public
Library, 37 E. Springtown Rd, Long Valley, NJ. This 45 minute presentation by Dr. Mike  will demonstrate with hands on fashion the 5 best exercises you can do at home to help prevent back injury on the job or at home.
