Civil War Medal of Honor recipient's Great, Great Grandson

Mr. Gary Roche, Licensed Battlefield Guide at Gettysburg National Military Park, who is the Great, Great Grandson of a Union Army veteran of Gettysburg will be giving a presentation on the Battle of Gettysburg and the circumstances surrounding the awarding of the Medal of Honor to his Great, Great Grandfather Sgt. Patrick DeLacy for his heroic service during the Civil War of the United States, 1860-1865.

Sgt. DeLacy's Original Medal of Honor (and the box it came in) will be on display during the presentation.  This is a "once in a lifetime" opportunity to not only hear, but SEE a part of American history that the schoolbooks don't have the time, or the space, to tell.

Come early to secure proper seating!!  7pm -9pm.
