Terry Carruthers, a LEED & BPI accredited professional and owner of Creative Energy in Millington, will speak about the process for installing a solar electric system on Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at 7 p.m. at the Washington Twp. Public Libray. Carruthers will outline the process for installing a residential scale solar photovoltaic system and the incentives for doing so in New Jersey.
