Strength and Cardio Classes

The late Spring session will begin on May 24. Classes meet twice a week, on Tues. and Thurs from 3:30 - 4:45. This will be a 5 week session.  Our summer session will begin immediately after, starting on Tuesday, June 28 and going through Thursday, Aug. 18. Summer hours are 9 - 10:45 on Tues/Thurs. or 6 - 7:15 pm on Mon/Wed.  Class size is limited so call today to reserve your spot.
