Strength and Cardio classes combine weight training with cardio workouts, ab routines and an incredibly effective lower body workout. 'We don't miss a muscle' in this fun, energizing class. All you need is a mat, hand-held weights, and plenty of water.
Registration for both the 5 week Spring session, as well as our 6 and 8 week Summer session has begun. Class size is limited so call today for further information and to reserve your spot in class.
Summer classes are held on Mon/Wed. evenings from 6 - 7:15. These classes will run for 6 1/2 weeks, beginning on July 6. The morning classes are held on Tues/Thurs from 9 -10:15. These will run for 8 weeks, beginning on June 28.
