Strength and Cardio Classes

Our summer session will begin on Tuesday morning,  June 28 at 9:00. The morning  classes are held every Tues. and Thurs. at this time for 8 weeks. Our evening classes are held on Mon. and Wed. from 6 - 7:15, beginning on July 6. This is a 6 1/2 week session (13 classes). 

Class size is limited and both sessions are filling up quickly, so if interested, please call today.
