Join the Party!! Zumba Gold for Active older adults.
Washington Twp. Recreation Dept. is offering zumba gold class on Thursdays at 12:15-1:00 at the Washington Twp. senior center. Zumba instructor Ana Correia-Norton will teach you this Latin inspired dance programs. These programs are guaranteed to provide the participants with safe and effective TOTAL BODY WORKOUT. It is fun, easy , effective. It is great for the mind, body and soul of this expanding active older adult population.
